• Please check this site regularly for updates.

• Encourage bright, ambitious science, math, and engineering students to enter.

• If needed, download or request additional entry forms.

• Review the complete Facts & Official Entry Form booklet with student.

• Complete Entry Form Part III.

Students

• Read the entire Official Entry Form to familiarize yourself with all requirements and forms.

• Read and comply with Rules and Regulations governing the 2007-2008 Intel STS.

• Review Rules and Regulations with your teacher or advisor, checking Supplemental Forms requirements.

• Start work on your project.

• Read and comply with Entry Form Instructions.

• Review Entry Form Instructions with your teacher or advisor.

• Request academic information from school officials:

  • Part III (Teacher or Advisor)

  • Part IV (H.S. Guidance Office)

  • High school transcript
    Note: Request transcripts and other forms early in consideration of time constraints on teachers, supervisors, and counselors.

• If needed, download or request additional entry forms.

• Complete Entry Form.

  • Pay close attention to all instructions.

  • Type or print neatly using black ink to fill out Entry Form.

  • Put your name on the upper right hand corner of EVERY PAGE submitted.
